I welcome you to the 5 series of sound healing journeys with 5 elements.
SPACE ELEMENT, FEBRUARY 9th at 7 pm, Oughterard Courthouse.
The journey for being in the present moment, connecting with the energetic self, with your body, and the elements within.
To heal. To balance. To harmonize all the elements within the physical and energetic bodies.
The journey is a guided meditation with the company of sound healing instruments and relaxation techniques.
Each session is 1 hour 30 minutes and represents 1 element. The session is held monthly in Oughterard Courthouse on FRIDAYS at 7 p.m. Please reserve 2 hours for this session as we will take time to wake up with a cup of herbal tea.
