Ball Pilates – 60 minutes class that works on your body flexibility, stability, and balance. This class combines different exercises suitable for beginners.  You will experience a different and interesting way to get more flexible and stronger, prevent injuries, and bring balance to your body.

Yoga Nidra, Guided Meditation and Sound Healing – 60 minutes class that combines easy relaxation techniques, breathing, guided meditation, and sound healing session. This class helps in reducing stress and tension in the body and brings a sense of relaxation and easiness to it. The healing sounds, tones, and frequencies work on balancing your energy field and affecting your brain and nervous system positively.

Resistance Band Training – 60 minutes class that combines different full body exercises that aim to make you more strong for everyday living. You will learn how to use the resistance bands in different forms of interesting combinations of exercises that you can do by yourself at home, outdoors, or in the gym.

Yoga – 60 minutes Yoga class inspired by different Yoga Styles that aim to bring more easiness and freshness to your body, gently stretching it and making it more balanced, stable, and strong at the same time. This class is open to beginners as its form is gentle, balanced, and holistic to meet your individual needs. You can expect easy asana sequences along with breathing exercises and mindfulness techniques.

Qigong – 60 minutes class is a combination of exercises for your body, mind, and spirit.  Qigong – “ Chi Gong “ was developed in China thousands of years ago as a part of traditional Chinese Medicine. The practice of Qigong aims to optimize the energy within the body, mind, and spirit, to rejuvenate and rebalance the energy within your physical and energetic self. In its form, Qigong uses slow, long, and deep breathing along with easy, gentle, relaxing movements, focusing the mind on the present moment and visualization techniques for overall health, balance, and happiness.
